As each watch is hand-assembled and inspected individually, our shipping policy reflects both the craftsmanship and transparency behind every order.

1. Processing Time

Each EP watch is assembled and tested to order.
Our standard processing time is between 3 to 15 business days, depending on component availability and customization requests.

We will notify you as soon as your watch is ready to ship and provide a tracking number immediately after dispatch.

2. Shipping Regions

We proudly ship worldwide, directly from our Swiss atelier in Vuisternens-devant-Romont.
Our watches are carefully packed, insured, and sent with international carriers.

• Worldwide 🌍 (including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Asia, and Oceania)

If your location is not listed or delivery services are limited in your country, please contact us before ordering — we’ll do our best to find a safe delivery option.

3. Shipping Costs

• Free worldwide shipping on all orders above 300 CHF.

• For orders below 300 CHF, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on destination and carrier.

All shipments include tracking and insurance for complete peace of mind.

All parcels are shipped with insurance.
